Amy Brinkman, Vice President - Client Manager, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

 

Amy Brinkman is a Client Manager for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  In this role she leads a team of financial specialists to work with clients to understand their business, and proactively provide strategic advice and integrated financial solutions. Drawing on more than 12 years of experience, Amy offers deep insight into the many different markets of Northern NJ.

Amy graduated cum laude from The University of Scranton.  She enjoys sports, the beach and spending time with her family.

Leslie Martin,
Practice Manager, IT Staffing, Gotham Technology Group

 

Leslie Martin-Bazzini brings over 20 years of staffing  account management, business development and recruiting experience to her clients and partners.  She has spent the last  13 years specifically focused within the Information Technology arena and is presently a Practice Manager, IT Staffing with Gotham Technology Group, a full service technology solutions firm with offices in Montvale, NJ; New York, NY; Shelton, CT and Washington, DC. 

In her current role, Leslie partners with a wide range of clients from start-ups to Fortune organizations across all industries to place talent. She understands the business drivers behind her clients’ hiring decisions and leverages strong industry relationships to procure the highest quality talent to meet their needs. 

Leslie is strong believer in the power of reciprocal networking and is a co-founding member of the Bergen County Professional Women’s Network.  She is also a dedicated and trained community volunteer who  serves on the Board of the Junior League of Bergen County, is Vice President of the Advisory Council for the PathII Home with Children’s Aid and Family Services and is an active and involved volunteer and Sunday School Teacher at Bethany Church in Washington Township.  

Leslie strives to conduct her business, as well as her life, with the highest standard of ethics and integrity.  She is a recognized performer, having achieved Gotham’s President’s Club Award four times, receiving the President’s  Silver Volunteer Service Award two times and The Junior League of Bergen County’s “Woman to Watch Award”.     

Balance in life is also extremely important to Leslie.  When not working, she enjoys spending time together with her family, entertaining, dining out and reading. 


Carla Salerno,
Executive Recruiter, Benchmark Search NJ

 

Carla Salerno is an Executive Recruiter and Partner at Benchmark Search NJ. She specializes in the placement of finance and accounting professionals on both a permanent and consulting basis. Carla is a CPA and an MBA with a foundation in Big 4 public and private accounting. For 13 years prior to Benchmark, she worked for a well-known financial recruiting firm where she was consistently recognized as one of the company’s top producers worldwide. Over the years, she has continuously developed strong relationships with numerous clients from diverse industries as well as thousands of job seekers in the New Jersey and NYC marketplace. She has the proven ability to match skills and personalities with the right opportunity while making the process as efficient as possible.
Carla is an active member of the AICPA, the NJSCPA, and many professional networking organizations and her network is always expanding. Kate Perlman, Vice President/Human Resources Director, North Jersey Community Bank

 

Kate Perlman is the Vice President/Human Resources Director for North Jersey Community Bank.  She is a department of one, utilizing her 15 years of generalist experience to formulate, create and implement policy, procedures and programs for New Jersey's Fastest Growing Bank.  Out of that growth has emerged a strong corporate culture focusing on client service, technological advancement and efficiencies.  When bringing new people into the organization, she focuses on finding candidates that will fit in and contribute to this culture--not necessarily the candidate with the "best" resume.  Kate has worked in a variety of industries, leveraging that diversity to provide alternate approaches to human resources challenges.  Her experience includes human resources positions in manufacturing, retail, technology, marketing and publishing firms.  North Jersey Community Bank is her first experience working in the financial industry. 

Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in Connecticut and a Masters of Science in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Bergen County Professional Women's Network
