BCPWN Member Panel: Business Law Essentials

Do you have a full understanding of New Jersey sick pay and paid family leave laws?

Are you considering a patent, trademark or copyright for your business (but not sure of what the process entails?)

Wondering what exactly is involved in a litigation process, and how to protect and prevent your company from getting there?

These questions, and more, will be explored in depth at our BCPWN April Member Panel, which will focus on various aspects of Business Law including Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law and Litigation -- presented by attorneys who are BCPWN members.  Attendees will learn:

  • Practical takeaways about the rights and responsibilities of New Jersey employers, managers, and employees.
  • What exactly is “intellectual property,” how intellectual property can be a valuable business asset and how to obtain and protect their intellectual property.
  • Strategies for keeping your company out of litigation and tips for how to handle litigation if your company is sued.
  • How to protect your company with the right insurance.

Meet our Panelists:
