Women Deserve Empowered Health

Join BCPWN for an outdoor lunch and learn at the Ridgewood Duck Pond covered picnic pavilion.  Due to the popularity of this new, creative format back in the Fall, we are bringing it back for us to connect and educate one another on a variety of topics while enjoying a late Spring day outside!

Our June First Friday Luncheon presenter is Jill Cruz, MS, CNS of Work With Your Nature Weight Loss, who will present on the topic - "Women Deserve Empowered Health."  In this talk, Jill Cruz, MS, CNS will explore the four pillars of "Empowered Health": Love, Wisdom, Pleasure, and Power and will teach you practices to develop each one.  These pillars represent the foundation of Empowered Health and they are practices that help you step away from the male-dominated paradigm that defines women's health, step into your inherent power, and take pleasure in your journey toward higher health.

We are delighted to offer a cafe-style boxed lunch for each attendee courtesy of Albert's (formerly Cafe Amici), Ho-Ho-Kus. The lunch sandwich options are as follows:

Turkey and Brie
Chicken Salad (no bacon)
Fresh Mozzarella and Basil
Tuna Salad

All served with house made chips, bottle of water, and fruit.
BCPWN will reach out to all attendees ahead of time for your lunch order.

Due to the nature of this event with lunch pre-orders, we cannot accommodate for Walk-Ins, but are happy to accept registrations on Day-Of event by 9am.

Following Jill's presentation, those who are interested in staying until 2pm are welcome to Net Walk with us, weather permitting.

About the Presenter:

Jill is the CEO and Founder of Work with Your Nature Weight Loss. She and her team help women over 40 that are fed up with yo-yo dieting to lose weight in a sustainable, healthy, and joyous way. She has a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Big Leap Coach. She is on a mission to guide women to achieve their wildest dreams for their health while loving the food they eat and the life they live.
