NEW WORKSHOP THIS WEEK
Coming together to reflect and Heal after Boston and other tragedies
Because of the recent tragic events in Boston, we are replacing Friday's previously planned workshop with a
1 hour session
that will teach us how to overcome tumultuous periods in our lives. From terrorism to
personal tr
age
dy to
politics, Carin Rockind - coach, author and positive psychologist - will lead us through steps to surpassing life's bumpy times.
As women, we will come together to heal and to understand how we can help one another as colleagues, leaders and friends.
Research teaches us that we can heal and grow through trauma. Carin Rockind, who has
positively effected so many of the Bergen County Professional Women's Network members
will show us how. As a survivor of domestic violence, divorce and armed robbery, Carin will use her personal experience and professional knowledge to support Bergen County women in healing.
This one-hour session is a tremendous opportunity to unite and leverage our power as a group.
