On March 1 from 6-8 p.m., Bergen County Professional Women's Network will host a hands-on event at Media Mix, a local video production company. A presentation will be given to help you improve your "live" presentation skills.

Don't think this event applies to you? As professional women, we can all use some pointers on stage presence both on- and off-camera. If you're up for it, you can even try reading from the teleprompter. We will be filming a BCPWN video to appear on the website - be a part of it!
