January 2022

Happy New Year!

I hope this note finds you healthy and fulfilled. This is often that week where we tend to power down from work and power up with rest, relaxation, or visits with family and friends. However you are spending this week, I urge you to take a moment to reflect on all that has been accomplished this past year, and all that we have endured and overcome in our personal and professional lives during this pandemic. These are still not the easiest of times, and it is perhaps where our networks -- our inner circles -- might serve us the most. We've heard great feedback from some of our members on how BCPWN and the connections made over the past year (especially through our PODS program!) have helped to make these times easier, lighter, and more fun. Please know that we have been busy creating new programs for the year ahead -- it will be a rather special one as we celebrate BCPWN’s 10th anniversary! Our January programs are up and running and are in-person. We look forward to seeing you.

‘Tis the season to make New Year’s Resolutions. If one of your resolutions focuses on fitness, then you may want to start off the year right and join us on January 1st for BCPWN First Day Net Walking Event. Bundle up and meet up with BCPWN friends at the Duckpond in Ridgewood, NJ for a casual walk and talk.

Looking to greet 2022 with an energy of prosperity and purpose? Join the BCPWN’s Manifesting Ritual Meditation with Lois Kramer-Perez at Salt of the Earth Salt Cave in Chestnut Ridge, NY on January 13th. Lois will offer a brief presentation on the 27-Day Manifesting Ritual and its significance to the new year. In addition, members will have a chance to relax in the salt cave and experience Halotherapy, a non-invasive treatment that allows the body to use aerosolized salt as a method of natural healing.  Due to the nature of this event, space is limited, so if you are interested in attending, sign up today.

As we all anticipate the new year with hope, we want to thank you for being a part of BCPWN. We will continue our commitment to helping you take your business and personal connections to the next level this year.  We encourage you to take advantage of the engaging programs and events BCPWN offers throughout the year such as our networking and educational opportunities. And we cannot emphasize enough how Membership has its perks and privileges -- if you are due to renew, please do so today. And if you have a friend or colleague who might be interested in learning more about BCPWN, please feel free to invite them to an upcoming event, or reach out to Lisa Pisano, our Programs Director, with any questions.

Wishing you joy, health, and prosperity in 2022.

Sincerely,

Mary E. Adams, CMP
Executive Director, BCPWN

BCPWN Monthly PODS Program is up and running!

We kicked off our 2022 Session 1 PODS program on 12/21, with PODS members getting to know their fellow participants. By now, POD members should know which POD they are in, and have contact information for each other. The January theme has been circulated and PODS can decide if they wish to follow that theme, or do something on their own. Remember to meet up in some way (virtual or in person) by January 31st! Please reach out to Lisa with any questions or concerns.
