OnDemand helps companies that do not have the skill sets or resources internally with ongoing marketing initiatives or projects, onDemand.
Monique is a 25-year marketing veteran that has been an acting CMO for agencies and companies for as many years - ranging in size from enterprise to startups and SMBs in between.
Her specialties are the tech, mobility, eCommerce/retail , professional services and not for profit sectors. She has managed the strategic, positioning, messaging and branding process, as well as new product and service introductions/launches, indirect channel, partner and alliance marketing for clients like, Avaya, Concurrent Technologies, Cushman & Wakefield, IBM, IPC, Intel, McAfee, Motorola/SymbolTechnologies, NaviSite, SES-Americom, Silex Financial, Time Warner Business Class, Venda, WebLinc, United Way, among others.
Born in Paris, France, Monique is fluent in both French and Spanish. Monique holds a first degree black belt in Mixed Martial Arts/karate and enjoys evangelizing fitness, nutrition and holistic wellness. She is the co-Chair of the NJ Chapter of MENG (Marketing Executives Networking Group, www.mengonline.com ) and helped start Empowering Women thru Motion (www.empoweringwomenthrumotion.org ) as a Founding Board Member. She has been co-Professor of Social Media Marketing at Farleigh Dickinson University for the last three years.
