Let's talk Millennials!
Did you know that Millennials (defined as the age group 22-37 years old) make up 35% of the workforce in the US today?
Chances are you either are one, work with one or have clients and customers that are Millennials. They are widely known to be the "digital generation" and often get a bad rap for bouncing around from job to job among other things...however, the 56 million working Millennials in the US make up the largest working generation - which means they also have spending power and a voice.
Presenter, Natalie Judge, will talk about the best ways to market your business and services to recruit & retain Millennial clients (hello, Social Media!) and discuss ways to best leverage your business relationships with them - whether you have employees or business partners who are part of this generation.
Plus we'll end with a round of "Ask a Millennial" where Natalie will answer any of your burning questions related to social media, working with Millennials, how to attract Millennials and more.
About the Presenter:
Natalie Judge is an experienced marketing strategist with over a decade of product and brand-building knowledge. Most recently, she helped to develop innovative product launches, increase brand awareness and drive sales for Dior Beauty as their Makeup Marketing Director, all while shaping the brand for long-term growth and success. Natalie has also consulted for small businesses, working closely with owners to develop strategic marketing plans and tools to take their brand and company to the next level.
Natalie believes in making data-driven decisions, but loves thinking outside the box; creativity and innovation are as important as the numbers. She holds a BA and MBA in Marketing from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
Natalie is a #Millennial who grew up and currently lives in Bergen County.
