Theresa will speak about how to go beyond  run-of-the -mill travel destinations and how to use travel to disconnect to reconnect -- and how travel can truly be transformative and restorative.

She'll provide 3 Takeaways that include:

• How to think about travel "beyond the beach."
• What you SHOULD be incorporating into your travels to make it work for you.
• What does it mean to "travel to transform."
