Join BCPWN for an outdoor lunch and learn at the Ridgewood Duck Pond near the covered picnic pavilion area. Due to the popularity of this new, creative format, we are bringing it back for us to connect and educate one another on a variety of topics while enjoying a Fall day outside! Fear not if the weather will not cooperate - there is a covered pavilion under which we can congregate.
Our Outdoor Lunch and Learn presenter is Blayne Cernak of Riley and Mee, who will present on how to prepare your family for successful pet ownership, and what responsibilities should be met to ensure everyone's quality of life is enhanced by doing so.
She will also be displaying different types of training techniques and managing tangible goals based on a dog's breeding and life prior to adoption. Please come ready with questions and eager to learn!
We are delighted to offer a cafe-style boxed lunch for each attendee courtesy of Albert's (formerly Cafe Amici), Ho-Ho-Kus. The lunch sandwich options are as follows:
Turkey and Brie
Chicken Salad (no bacon)
Fresh Mozzarella and Basil
Tuna Salad
All served with house made chips, bottle of water, and fruit.

Due to the nature of this event with lunch pre-orders, we cannot accommodate for Walk-Ins, but are happy to accept registrations on Day-Of event by 9am on 9/30.
About the Presenter: Riley and Mee is the result of three mammals having one shared goal: to enhance the bond between dog and human while improving the lives’ of everyone in their pack. After being inspired by our maternal alpha and lead demonstration dog, Riley, Blayne and her husband Anthony set out to ensure dogs stay in their forever homes. Specializing in the bully breeds, our team is determined to manage expectations while fulfilling the lives of all involved.
