About the Presenter
With her contagious positive energy, Carin Rockind has encouraged thousands to be their best. An expert in Positive Psychology, the scientific study of happiness, and formerly a Fortune 500 marketing exec, Carin understands the professional woman’s struggle to remain balanced and successful in all aspects of life. She left Corporate America so that she could help more women achieve success in their lives. Carin has spoken nationwide at companies such as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Avon, Ernst & Young, SAY Media, and Thompson Hine LLP. Her philosophy is simple: we each have unique talents and strengths – we’d be happier if we used them every day in our work and our lives. As one of only 250 people in the world with a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, her work is based in scientific theory and evidence. Carin received her Bachelors from the University of Michigan, and also has certification in Gestalt therapy.
