What is a "Mastermind?"
A mastermind (also referred to as the “3rd Mind”) is a structured conversation to get to a solution, utilizing 3 or more people who can focus on one topic at a time.
Mastermind sessions can be beneficial in benefitting from collective intelligence, create accountability, foster networking, resulting in personal growth, practical and emotional support.
Join BCPWN for a moderated Mastermind Working Luncheon, led by Joanne Sorace.
Participants are encouraged to bring your issue, problem or challenge to the table (quite literally). Be part of an intimate, dynamic dialogue with your tablemates. Share with others your stumbling blocks -- the group can then help with their perspectives and help you grow in ways you hadn’t allowed yourself to imagine.
You'll literally walk away from the luncheon with a renewed focus and structured list of what you need to do next to achieve your stated goal!

About the Presenter: Joanne Sorace has a solid background in communications, working in Radio & Television production for Fortune 100 Companies.
Joanne pivoted to the non-profit world more than 30 years ago - specializing in public relations, fund raising and event planning. Joanne currently works at Dominican University as the Director of Major Gifts. She is also a PR and Marketing Consultant. She lives in Ringwood, New Jersey with her husband, Jim. She has 3 grown children and one GORGOUS grandchild… so far.
This event is limited to 20 attendees. We will open a waiting list as well.
