Learn. Network. Grow.

Our monthly event offerings include a more formal luncheon at the top of the month and a mid-month casual breakfast meet up. Both events provide ample networking and educational opportunities, with top-level speakers brought in from major corporations, along with our very own BCPWN members serving as presenters. We're delighted to also offer complimentary private events to our membership along with special event sip and shops, happy hours and health and wellness outings at local establishments.

See what events are coming up soon - we're looking forward to seeing you.

BCPWN September Friday Luncheon: Unlock You -- A Predictive Index Deep-Dive

    moderated by
    BCPWN Member, Kristin Illes
    Strategic Business Growth Advisor

    Friday, September 11, 2026

    **12:00pm - 2:00pm**

Ever taken one of those magazine personality quizzes and thought, “Wow, that’s scarily accurate”?

This session is that… but for your career, backed by real behavioral science, and led by someone who’s spent 25+ years turning “huh, interesting” insights into actual leadership growth.

Before the event, please complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment (link will be sent to all registrants) and print your results to bring with you — no digital copies, we’ll be working with paper in hand! During our time together, BCPWN member and Certified Predictive Index Partner Kristen Illes will guide us through an interactive session where you’ll:

Decode what your PI results are really telling you about how you’re wired to lead, communicate, and make decisions

Spot the strengths you already lean on (and maybe don’t give yourself enough credit for)

Uncover what might be quietly getting in your own way on something that matters to you right now

Walk away with real, practical takeaways — not just a personality label

Whether you’re PI-curious or a total newbie, come ready to laugh, reflect, and maybe learn something about yourself you didn’t expect over a plated lunch and great company.

Complete your PI Behavioral Assessment before September 11th and bring a printed copy of your report.

About the Presenter:  Kristen Illes is the founder of 3D Leadership Solutions and a Certified Predictive Index Partner with more than 25 years of experience in leadership and management development. She helps individuals and organizations turn behavioral insight into real, actionable growth — the kind that sticks.

Kristen’s love of assessments goes way back (yes, all the way to those Cosmo quizzes as a teenager), and it’s evolved into a genuine passion for helping people understand what makes them tick — and how to use that understanding to lead with more confidence and clarity. She believes the best “aha” moments happen when people finally see their strengths in black and white, and get honest about what’s been quietly holding them back.

Outside of work, Kristen’s collector instincts are alive and well — hand her a beach and she’ll come back with a pocketful of shells. As a proud BCPWN member, she’s thrilled to bring this interactive session to her own community.

Join this conversation at the Allendale Bar & Grill in The Connelly Room for a plated lunch, cash bar and networking.

    BCPWN October First Friday Luncheon:
The Other AI -- Why Authenticiy & Integrity Matter Now More Than Ever

    moderated by

    BCPWN Member, Donna Gould

Founder & Chief Storyteller, Open Heart Creative

    Friday, October 2, 2026

    **12:00pm - 2:00pm**

We live in a world where AI can create 100 versions of a Facebook post in an instant. Whip up a website or slide deck in minutes. Sift through piles of data in the blink of an eye.

But faster isn’t necessarily better. In the rush for greater efficiency, businesses are flooding the internet with AI-generated marketing content that all looks and sounds the same. As consumers, it’s getting harder and harder to tell one brand from another. To differentiate between what’s real and what’s not. To know who or what to trust.

Creating sincere, authentic connections with your clients or customers is what builds trust, loyalty, and success. But in a sea of “AI slop,” authenticity is getting lost. So, how do you keep these relationships genuinely human?

By leveraging what we’re calling “the other AI”: Authenticity & Integrity

AI can be an effective tool for helping you show up as a real, relatable human being. But it means slowing down. Being thoughtful about what you’re putting out into the world. And asking, “Is this aligned with my brand?”

Join BCPWN member and Open Heart Creative owner Donna Gould as she invites us to pause and get clear about who we are and what our products or services mean to our customers. You will walk away with:

    • A better understanding of what authenticity is and why it’s your greatest business asset.
    • A practice for connecting or reconnecting with what your business authentically represents.
    • Tips for using AI to ensure you are consistently “human” across all of your marketing platforms.

About the Presenter: While she has held many titles over the years – Project Manager, Communications Director, Marketing VP, President, Owner – Donna Gould has been telling stories about people, places, and businesses her entire career. As Founder and Chief Storyteller at Open Heart Creative, she has spent the past 13 years guiding clients in fields ranging from finance and fashion to technology and wellness in developing concepts and content that engage, inform, and inspire.

Donna’s passion is empowering women in business to show up authentically in their marketing. She has been delighted to help companies, organizations, and individuals – many of them members of the BCPWN community – find the words that express who they are, why they love what they do, and build lasting connections with their clients and customers. She is also devoted to teaching and mentoring the women entrepreneurs of tomorrow at institutions including The Fashion Institute of Technology and LIM College in Manhattan. Donna holds a BFA in Visual Communications from Syracuse University.
